Comprehension: Describe common conditions that influence radon entry into a home, locations where radon gas may enter the home, and options for testing radon.
Application:
- Identify locations in the home where radon is likely to occur.
- Identify types and local sources of radon detectors.
- Identify where radon detectors should be located in the home and what levels of radon are recommended to apply mitigation.
- Identify options and local sources for radon mitigation when excessive levels of radon are detected.
- Identify resources for assistance with these topics.
