On-Site consultants will:
- Help you recognize hazards in the workplace
- Suggest general approaches or options for solving safety and health problems
- Identify available sources of help if further assistance is needed
- Provide you a written report summarizing findings
- Assist you in developing and maintaining an effective safety and health program
On-site consultants will not:
- Result in citations or penalties for violations of OSHA standards;
- Guarantee that a workplace will pass an OSHA inspection; or
- Result in violations being reported to OSHA enforcement staff (unless the employer refuses or fails to correct a hazard within an agreeable time frame)
