Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 3 to join us for our Coastal Biodiversity Day and BioBlitz event! This day offers a variety of opportunities to explore the outdoors and discover more about the native plants and animals of Mississippi. This event is comprised of a BioBlitz and educational stations led by local experts focused on a variety of organisms such as insects, wetlands plants, birds, herpetofauna, bats, and more! The BioBlitz can be done at the participant’s own pace, or they can choose to join an education station’s working group for a guided walk during the bioblitz.
