Come learn the basics of home canning (water bath and pressure canning) with Extension Agent Lara Angel at the DeSoto County Extension Office. Cost is $30 each participant and includes workshop supplies and lunch. Participants will "process" in season" produce using both canning methods. Event location is the DeSoto County Extension Office.
