Cinnamon Fried Pineapple
Makes 5 servings
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. honey
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¾ C. granola
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add butter, honey, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
- Add the pineapple, and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Top with granola, remove from heat and serve.
