4-H Kitchen Science Club

The 4-H Kitchen Science Club program will use everyday items from the kitchen to engage youth in basic chemistry, physics, and biology.

Target Audience(s):

Children ages 5-13 years old (Cloverbud/Juniors)

Objectives:

Participants will learn to:

  • Express interest and be engaged in science-related activities,
  • Express positive attitudes about science,
  • Recognize the relevance of science to their futures, and
  • Demonstrate a capacity for science process skills.

Total Number of Modules or Sessions: 6

Total Number of Hours for Program Delivery: 6
