How long will food last?

Normally, 4 to 6 hours, depending on temperature of the room.

Other cheeses, such as cream cheese and cottage cheese spoil quickly. Milk quickly spoils without refrigeration. Custards and creamed foods spoil quickly and should be thrown out. Discard eggs that have been without refrigeration for more than a few hours.
