Taking advantage of this FREE and CONFIDENTIAL service gives employers an opportunity to identify and eliminate workplace hazards, improve their occupational safety and health management systems, reduce employee injury rates and lower workers compensation costs. You will receive expert advice and assistance from some of the most experienced and well trained safety and health professionals in the state who will help you identify and alleviate potential hazards so that employee safety and health becomes a day-to-day priority instead of a crises-oriented response.
Our safety and industrial hygienists are trained, qualified and have the knowledge and experience needed to provide safety and health assistance to Mississippi industries. All our consultants have college degrees in a field related to safety and health and have received extensive training in both safety and health at the OSHA Training Institute in Arlington Heights, Illinois. They are also trained at many other OSHA education centers.

Consultants are available to answer safety questions, help resolve any safety problems and provide handouts with helpful information such as sample programs, forms, etc.

At the invitation of business owners and employers, our experienced safety consultants and industrial hygienist will travel to your site and conduct an on-site survey of your facility and its operations to identify any potential health and safety hazards. Upon completion of the survey, our consultants will advise you of any serious hazards and provide you with initial suggestions for correcting them.
