Track activity through your smartphone or wearable!
You can track your activity through a wearable device, such as Fitbit or Apple Watch. If you don’t have a wearable, you can use a smartphone to track your steps, or use the web app to track activity manually.
Rules
- You do not have to have a smart device to participate; a desktop version is available.
- Step counts for each week begin Sunday morning at midnight, and step counts end each week on Saturday night at 11:59 p.m.
- Weekly prizes will be drawn on Tuesday morning each week, and winners will be notified via email.
- If you need assistance with functionality in the MoveSpring app, contact support in the app.
- If you have questions about Magnolia Moves, email magnoliamoves@ext.msstate.edu.
- By registering for the MSU Extension Service’s Magnolia Moves Activity Challenge:
- You agree you are voluntarily participating and recognize the program may require strenuous physical exertion that may cause injury.
- You agree you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
- You agree it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your participation in Magnolia Moves.
- You represent and warrant that you have no medical condition that prevents your participation in the program.
- You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in Magnolia Moves Activity Challenge.
