Explore Healthcare and Science Careers with Extension Program

Do you know a high school student interested in working in the medical field or a related science career one day?
The Rural Medical and Science Scholars program could be for them.
The four-week program allows young people to get a jump start on college credits and have the opportunity to explore healthcare careers, as well as a variety of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) careers that impact the practice of medicine.
Open to high school juniors, the summer program is taking applications now. Apply by March 30 to be considered.
You can get more details about the program and the application form here.
