This publication offers practical tips and ideas for finding fun ways to stay active as the seasons change. You don’t have to pay for a gym membership or expensive equipment. With a little creativity and enthusiasm, you can boost your energy, burn calories, and build stamina by exercising every day. Any amount of movement for any amount of time is better than none! Be sure to consult with your medical doctor before beginning any exercise program.
