Choosing nutritious foods is an important part of creating a healthy lifestyle. This publication includes tips for making the most out of each season’s fresh produce, along with ideas for dealing with a variety of challenges, such as holiday meals, making your dollar stretch further at the grocery store, and what to look for on nutrition labels.
