HANCOCK COUNTY, Miss. -- The Mississippi State University Extension Service is holding a job fair for individuals interested in working with young children and families at its new Hancock County Head Start location.
MSU Extension Head Start and Early Head Start is seeking to hire teachers, assistant teachers, a center operations coordinator, an educational leader, cafeteria staff, an office associate and a custodian for the Hancock County location. The Hancock County Head Start will be located at Bay Waveland in Bay St. Louis.
The job fair will be held at the Hancock Performing Arts Center, located at 7140 Stennis Airport Road in Kiln, on the following days and times:
Oct. 14 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a break from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
Oct. 15 from noon to 5 p.m., with a break from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m.
Oct. 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a break from 2:30 to 4 p.m.
Applicants are encouraged to bring their resume, unofficial transcript or certifications and a copy of their degree or diploma if applicable to the position.
Head Start and Early Head Start team members are employees of the MSU Extension Service.
