4-H Day at the Fair, held annually at the Mississippi State Fair in October, hosted hundreds of Mississippi 4-H’ers and their families at the Jackson fairgrounds. America’s 250th anniversary was the fair’s theme, and 4-H’ers came ready to celebrate our great country. Young people competed in cooking, LEGO engineering, talent showcases, public speaking, and other 4-H project areas.
