Before breaking ground for a new greenhouse, you should understand how much time and work is involved. In fact, raising greenhouse tomatoes requires about the same amount of time and effort as raising dairy cattle or poultry. The grower needs to be present to complete daily duties and chores. Leaving the tomato plants without care for a day or two could lead to substantial crop loss.
