ORNAMENTAL GRASSES for Central Mississippi
Ornamental grasses can add texture, year-round color, and wildlife habitat in the landscape, but they are often underused in Mississippi. A wide variety of ornamental grasses grow well in Mississippi and require very little care. Only a few types are regularly planted, with pampas (Cortaderia selloana) and muhly (Muhlenbergia capillaris) being the most popular. Download the PDF or the text file for more information.
