Commercial Poultry Production in Mississippi: Methods, Myths, and More is a 4-part webinar series that will introduce the general public to the commercial poultry industry in Mississippi, poultry house management and control, and current industry and production topics relevant to the everyday consumer of chicken products.

Objectives:

Participants will become more:

• Knowledgeable about how the commercial poultry industry in MS operates, how birds are raised and cared for, and who grows them;
• Knowledgeable about poultry house management and basic engineering principles and equipment that help create a suitable environment for growing birds; and
• Educated consumers and have more favorable attitudes and perceptions towards commercial poultry production.
