Beef Advocacy will empower producers to engage in conversations with consumers about the health and safety of beef in a balanced diet.

Target Audience(s):

Beef cattle producers and beef consumers

Objectives:

Participants will learn:

  • About the differences among production methods and beef choices,
  • About the safety protocols of getting beef from pasture to plate,
  • How beef is a sustainable food source, and
  • About current issues facing the beef industry.
