Description
The Rural Medical & Science Scholars program helps current high school juniors determine whether they want to pursue health-related careers and shapes students’ interest and understanding of medicine, health-related disciplines, and other STEM fields. The program aims to ensure a strong, passionate workforce to support long-term goals of improving Mississippi’s economy and increasing access to healthcare. This summer's program runs June 7th - June 19th. The registration deadline is April 13, 2026.
