Local/Grassfed Beef Workshop

This workshop will focus on topics important to cattle producers interested in producing and selling local and grassfed beef. Topics include: health, nutrition, marketing, and beef processing. Thw workshop will be held at the brand new Meat Science and Muscle Biology Laboratory.
