The Food Factor: Slammin’ Graham PBJ Nachos

Looking for a fun and healthy snack? These simple five-minute peanut butter and jelly apple nachos are the perfect treat! Have fun creating this nacho-style fruit snack!

Slammin’ Graham PBJ Nachos

Makes: 5 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. jelly, reduced sugar
  • 5 graham cracker rectangles (full sheet)
  • ¼ C. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ¼ C. apples, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. raisins
  • 1 tbsp. walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Break graham cracker rectangles in half to make 10 squares. Spread graham crackers out on a plate. Spread jelly on each graham cracker square.
  2. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until melted.
  3. Drizzle peanut butter mixture over graham crackers.
  4. Top nachos with apples, raisins, and walnuts.
