The Food Factor: Cinnamon Fried Pineapple

If you have a craving for a tasty, tropical-inspired dessert that is super easy to make, I've got you covered!

 

Cinnamon Fried Pineapple

Makes 5 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¾ C. granola

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add butter, honey, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the pineapple, and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Top with granola, remove from heat and serve.
