This recipe is so easy but tastes so good. It’s the perfect way to use up any extra carrots you have in the fridge!

Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Makes: 4 servings (½ cup  per serving)

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

Directions

  1. Clean your area and wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Place oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add carrots. Let them cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly soft.
  3. Add balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and thyme. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve immediately.
