About: Sessions designed for producers and processors seeking information on disaster preparedness for food production and processing operations.

Who should attend? Agricultural producers, food processors (USDA/FDA), retail food establishments, cottage food operations, and anyone who owns and/or is interested in operating an ag-based business.

Sessions will be presented twice - on Tuesdays in September, and the first four Thursdays in October - to allow for scheduling flexibility.
