Worker Initial

This 4-day (32-hour) course will teach you the skills you need to remove, encapsulate, enclose, repair, or disturb friable or non-friable asbestos. Through extensive hands-on training and real-world examples, you will gain the knowledge needed to protect yourself while handling asbestos materials on an asbestos abatement project. 

This course will be offered online until further notice.  

Those who register will need the following items to complete the hands-on portion of the course.

2-Saw Horses or something to hold a 5' PVC pipe
1-PVC Pipe 5' 
1-Roll 1.88 inch Grey Duck Tape
1-Roll 1.41 inch Blue Painters Tape
1-Utility Knife
1-Pair of Scissors
2-Orange Traffic Cones
1-Tape Measure
1-Wooden Square Dowel - 36 inch Long x 1 inch Diameter
1-2 Gallon Plastic Tank Sprayer
1-5 inch Paint Scraper
1-Scrub Brush
1-Roll Asbestos Barridcade Tape
