This lecture will focus on different management strategies landowners can adopt to help offset challenging economic conditions. Topics covered will include: planting strategies, natural regeneration, and managing for specialty products.

Changing market conditions have negatively impacted the traditional model of pine management. Mixed-species management is an alternative management strategies that offers several economic benefits to forest landowners. This talk is designed to introduce landowners to this old/new management paradigm.
